Jake Trione is a fitness professional and wellness coach in Houston, TX. As a Veteran and a Master Fitness Trainer, he has dedicated his life to serving others. Not only has he learned from and mentored under some of the best in the Fitness Industry (like Todd Durkin & Mike Boyle) but he has also educated himself in other areas such as habit building and mindset coaching. This is because he knows the true definition of health and is on a mission to help everyone achieve a healthy lifestyle.

True holistic health is when every part of your life - from your physical abilities to your thoughts and decision-making processes - are aligned and connected with your values and that which truly fulfills you. While learning to deal with my own struggles, striving to maximize my potential and building a happier and healthier life. I have developed a set of philosophies known as the TriAffect which, if consistently applied in your daily life, will help you discover, design, and live the life of your dreams.

Our current society is one of shortcuts and instant gratification. We've moved beyond being efficient into the realm of laziness - "How can I achieve something with as little work as possible?" and the results are as short-lived as the amount of work we put in. The Fitness industry is no different - and that is where we are failing.

Health & Fitness is about learning to love and care for yourself. No amount of push-ups or crunches can teach you that. Ultimately, you are the primary factor in determining your own success. You have to be willing to be vulnerable, be honest, and ask for help if you need it. When you're ready to give up all your excuses, let go of past failures, and stop worrying about future obstacles, that is when you can truly live a life that is complete.
